On the Maasvlakte we are looking for a team leader/shift In-charge for the dayshift (7:00h-16:00h). You will be working for a growing company that specializes in biofoods and imports, packs and processes rice in particular, but also other seeds such as qinoa seeds. As team leader you will ensure that the Operations team carries out the daily production planning in a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly way. You will work closely with management in solving any problems. You also engage in process improvement to improve daily operations. You report the daily performance of your team, identify possible improvements and discuss these with your team. You are the main contact person for your team members. In short, a job with a lot of responsibility. It is no problem for you to lead the team well and communicate clearly.
